Overview

Our cross-functional team collaborated on designing and developing this feature over a 6-week cycle, initially aiming to deliver the MVP and subsequently prioritizing requirements based on user feedback.

As the sole designer, I led the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to interface design, testing, and iteration. It's rewarding to see our feature in action, empowering users to manage their content more efficiently and improving tracking, collaboration, and approval processes.


What I've been working on

Since my project is under NDA, I can't share all the details. However, here's a high-level overview of what I accomplished:

  • I organized user research studies to validate our assumptions and ensure our products met user needs

  • I worked with cross-functional teams and conducted design workshops to ensure alignment with project priorities and requirements

  • I also analyzed user interviews and usability tests to provide ongoing research insights

  • I tested Dev and UAT environments to ensure that the designs function as intended and meet user needs before deployment

Outcomes

As a result of our efforts to enhance legal publishing users experience with CCMS, we've achieved great results:

  • Users now report a 33% increase in satisfaction with tracking and managing their content, indicating significant improvements in usability according to post-interaction surveys.

  • Furthermore, our content dashboard has captured the interest of 3 major new clients, highlighting its appeal and utility.

I'm proud of our team for pouring our sweat and tears into improving usability and functionality. We're not only benefiting current users but also attracting new clients and streamlining legal publishing tasks for everyone.
